Appointments/Cancellations

Appointments can be made for our office by calling 720.488.0055 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide such notice may result in a $25.00 charge. This fee also applies if you miss a scheduled appointment. These charges will be your responsibility and billed directly to you. Please help us to served you better by keeping your scheduled appointment; however, if you need to reschedule/cancel please inform us as soon as possible, which allows us to use the time for other patients who may need to be seen urgently.
